"Anything" repeated to your psyche ...

Hi, I hope you are having a wonderful day. I don't want to be the barer of bad news, so please think of this as good news.

Those things that have been bothering you, those things that you say you want to get away from that you have been seeing, doing, or being, over and over again, your mind has developed a habit of recreating them. For the lack of a better way to say it, they have created addictive thoughts attracting you to them, and them to you.

If your dad picked at the details of what you wore constantly, so that after a while you felt bad, guess what. You will do the same. Not only will you do the same, you will do things that cause similar type of "Picking with you," to happen.

Addiction is just the easiest way to say how these chemicals in the mind work with electicity in and around us to create things and situations. These are some of the things that are important for us to know and understand as we endeavor to delve into understanding "FAITH."

Search yourself, and please don't be to hard on yourself when you realize that you've been there before. What you see happening here, is the same thing you saw happen there, only from a different person, or situation, at a different time. Then go into yourself and recognize how you contributed, what you did, the habit you acted out of to make it happen. Then be about the business of designing a schedule for yourself to create a new habit that gets you beyond that which you are seeing again and again.

If you don't deliberatly design a schedule to pull your time and attention away from creating the same behavior, it will never go away, as it never does.

Looking at the problem, and finding out all this wonderful "STUFF'" about "WHY," is great. But if you don't do anything about it, what good does it do but serve as a means to plant in you deeper, the habit, or the need for it to keep happen again and again.

I hope that didn't hurt too bad. Sgare this with someone you know may be seeing the same things over and over that they need to get beyond. It's all about compassion, and it starts within us.

A quote from my mother, "If you don't want people to say what they been saying about you, or do what they've been doing to you, then don't do those things that will cause them to say or do those things."

Remember, "Words cut both the speaker and hearer."

Peace and Encouragement to you,
In the mighty "POWER OF COMPASSION"
